Job Description

  • Reporting into the Head of Talent
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business
  • Taking job briefs, advising on recruitment campaigns, timescales, talent planning
  • Sourcing candidates directly and utilising agency relationships only when required
  • Representing the brand across social media platforms to attract talent as well as talent banking for the future
  • Managing the candidate experience from start to onboarding
  • Supporting the Head of Talent

The Successful Applicant

  • Have previously worked in a Talent Acquisition/Internal Recruitment role
  • Have recruited for senior hires within ideally head office/manufacturing
  • Has previously worked in a full 360 recruitment role from taking brief to onboarding candidates
  • Is pasionate about recruitment, the candidate experience, attracting talent and representing an exciting brand
  • Is used to using various social media platforms to attract talent
  • Is creative and can bring ideas to the team

What's on Offer

Salary £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Based North Yorkshire
