Refferal Bonus Duties & Responsibilities
Advanced cardiac monitoring.
Care of emergent and non-emergency patients.
Head-to-toe assessments - knowledge of normal vs. abnormal findings and reporting of abnormal findings to Charge Nurse or Physician.
Critical thinking to intervene with appropriate intervention for urgent/emergent care. Care of the acute and chronically ill patients.
Identifying and managing life-sustaining physiologic functions in unstable patients. Requirements:
Active RN License.
Degree from accredited nursing program.
BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.
Two years of recent ex! perience in an Acute Care ER setting.
