Position Summary
Oversees the daily direct care services for the residents of the Nursing Home in a professional manner using its resources effectively and efficiently to attain and maintain the highest level of care in accordance with the local culture and with regulatory standards. Reports to both the Nursing Home Administrator and to the Elder Services Administrator.
