We are a family friendly cafe located in the Ripponlea area that has grown into a successful business operating with a Breakfast & Lunch service.
We are looking for an experienced manager to lead, take ownership and have passion to deliver outstanding service at our Ripponlea cafe. You need to be highly motivated, keen to learn and have a passion for food and coffee.
Delighting our customers is our top priority and will be yours.
Cafe Hours
Monday to Friday shifts between - 6:00am to 3:00pm
Saturday & Sunday shifts between - 7:00am to 3:00pm
Duties include
- Café management
- Confident in managing, training and directing staff
- Ability to control labour and associated costs
- Be able to prepare and serve coffee to a high standard
Skills and experience required
- Cafe management or similar management experience
- Barista experience
- Personality which is truly engaging
- Being an effective leader to the team
