YOUR MISSION
- Support for defined Key Account Cobra PUMA Golf customers through different channels in a fast-paced environment
- Provide knowledgeable answers and find the best possible solutions to questions about golf products, pricing and availability
- Recording, processing, and checking incoming orders (availability, prices, conditions)
- Coordination and communication with the Merchandise-, Marketing-, Planning-, and Purchasing departments ensuring customer-specific shipping instructions and on-time delivery
- Analyze and troubleshoot orderbook and develop/execute a plan to meet customer’s requirements and Sales goals
- Close cooperation with the Key Account Manager´s in the market to ensure optimal customer care
YOUR TALENT
- Enrolled in University or a recent Degree is meritorious (Service Management or equal)
- Business fluent in Swedish and English (Knowledge of other Nordic language is meritorious)
- Basic technical knowledge and analytical troubleshooting skills
- Some experience in the area of customer service
- Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm
- Experince and knowledge of golf
- Starting Date: 01.06.2023; Duration: 3 months
