What is the job like, really?
As Vincit's Chief Commercial Officer, you will be an integral part of our Leadership team, steering our sales operations and driving growth. Your role will call on your strong expertise in leading sales, and business development to enhance our offering, building lasting relationships with key customers, and constantly looking for new revenue streams. You are passionate about how digitization is impacting our customer’s business and have an awareness of the tech industry trends, innovations, and potential disruptions.
Instilling a culture of collaboration and positivity, you will lead our sales teams across business areas and have overall responsibility for our marketing operations as part of the Leadership Team. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you'll be in a key role articulating the value of Vincit and inspiring our customers, Vincitizens and other audiences alike. Your role as a skilled negotiator in large deals will be pivotal in developing winning solutions that benefit both Vincit and our customers. You lead by example.
To sum up, your role as Vincit's Chief Commercial Officer extends well beyond guiding our commercial activities. You'll be an accelerator of business growth, equipped with proficiencies in business development, sales and marketing, industry understanding, strategic planning, financial management, leadership, communication, and negotiation. Your mission will be to employ these skills to ensure Vincit stays ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving tech industry.
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for an energetic, driven leader who can inspire with a clear vision, lead with humility and is not afraid of adopting a hands-on approach when needed. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a natural talent for networking. In addition, we value the following characteristics:
A self-starter and enthusiastic leader who can engage and motivate both our customers and people- Extensive consultancy business and sales experience, particularly in Nordic countries
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Full professional proficiency in English and Finnish
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- A background in leading international sales and offering development expertise
- The role is based in Helsinki or Tampere
